10 Steps of Buying Houses

There are ten steps in the procedures of buying a house (citizens or green card residents).

1. Find a bank to review the loan qualification report (Proof of lander).
2. Prepare the budget for buying house (normal houses, short sale house, bank owned houses).
3. Choose a real estate agency carefully.
4. Choose the property area (select the type of house): Single House, townhouse, condominium, apartment, etc.
5. Sign the contract and pay the closing fee (after the seller accepts the buyer's offer).
6. House inspection.
7. Apply for housing loan.
8. Purchase homeowner insurance.
9. Handover.
10. Housewarming.
